Go Figure Friday & Giveaway

Go Figure @ Multi-Tasking Moms

Two of our biggest 'eating holidays' are soon upon us. Oh yes, let's dig into that wonderful food with such sweet aromas. Turkey, mashed potatoes, fresh baked rolls and don't forget the homemade cranberry sauce.

Makes us gain weight just thinking about it, doesn't it?

But, rather than get ourselves feeling bad about these upcoming weeks, let's use this time before the holidays to try to add a little more exercise into our daily schedules.

If you are looking for a place to start, here are some great articles:

And, here at Multi-Tasking Moms, we'll get one lucky reader started with the Leslie Sansone Family Walk DVD. Leave us a comment telling us your favorite way to exercise and also how you would fit this video into your family's daily schedule! A winner will be chosen randomly next Friday, Nov 16.

I want to encourage each of you, to develop an exercise routine now, before the holidays arrive. I've been walking 3-5 times a week for almost 10 weeks and seeing the pounds drop has been a wonderful motivation to keep going. There are 6 weeks until Christmas - get started today and see where you can be by the end of the year!

my exercise routine...? other than chasing a two year old one way while the three year old goes the other and the 5 & 6 year old beat on eachother in the middle?

JUST KIDDING! i love to walk & pilates. but a family thing...too cool. we'd do it for sure.

I agree with mom to 5--my kids would think this would be fun!

It's probably not the best time to exercise, but I love to take everyone for a walk after dinner. Fun for all of us and it gives the kids a chance to unwind a little before bedtime.

I love yoga :) but... I'm a slacker when it comes to exercise, so this DVD would motivate me to get myself and the kids going! :)

I love to take evening walks so, with 3 kids, this video would be great.

What a great looking video! I have a gym membership, but haven't used it much (isn't that typical!). I have 2 kids, they keep me busy.

I love yoga, and think about doing pilates. This video might be good to get our family going!

My daily exercise is 25 min on the Nordic Trak. Don't love it - but it's what works best for me. About 4 years ago I went from 0 exercise to this.

I'd enjoy winning the dvd and checking out something different to do.

I do a wide variety of workouts! I have a bunch of Leslie's DVDs already (but not this one), I also do The Biggest Loser workouts, yoga, pilates, Jilian Michaels DVDs etc.! This would be a great addition to my collection!!

Right now I am looking for a way to incorporate exercise into our day, especially since I work on the computer for my job! We would love to have this DVD set and I know that I would do this daily with my three kiddos!

I try to ride my recumbent bike daily, which I will do for a few weeks, then fall off track. I love Leslie Sansone, so this drawing would be great for all of us! Thanks for entering me!

Currently, my favorite way to exercise is to sit on the couch thinking about exercising ! But ... we all know that doesn't work ! So ... I'd love love love to win this DVD's. I've picked a few up from stores over the years but not found anything I've really liked. I'm hoping that perhaps something that comes recommended would be better ... Please count me in your contest !

I've been trying to get back into a routine for a few months now, but with not feeling well constantly, its been hard.

I've thought about renting one of these videos to see how I would like it. I've tried getting out and walking, but I get so far and feel so bad that I feel like I'm not going to be able to get back home. So I gave up on that until after we find out whats going on.

With this video I could do it and not worry about how I'm going to get back home. Plus I could get all 3 kids involved in it as well as the husband.
